Track student progress and provide detailed, actionable feedback to drive academic achievement across all ability levels. Uphold the school’s core values and professional conduct expectations at all times. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS in English. A clear, demonstrable passion for English Language and Literature and a commitment to academic rigour. A resilient, positive, and proactive approach to teaching and learning. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for instruction, feedback, and report writing. Eagerness to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues within a diverse community.
