Software Engineer II C# Mode: Hybrid Office Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Location: WeWork Torre Reforma Latino, Paseo de la Reforma 296, Oficina 36-101, Col. Juárez, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06600, Ciudad de México Full-time What You’ll Do: In this strategy and transformation–focused role, you’ll collaborate with Product Management, Technical Management, and 3rd-party Engineering vendors to define and execute the company’s forward-looking vision and high-impact transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the definition, design, and development of product features from concept to delivery. • Work within a development squad for restaurant products, focusing on new functionality and technical debt reduction. • Apply software engineering best practices to maintain high-quality standards. • Verify software through unit tests, integration tests, and code reviews. • Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and security. • Contribute to all stages of the agile lifecycle — from design and documentation to testing and operations. • Provide regular progress updates to managers and key stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 3+ years of professional experience in software development using C# and .NET • 1+ year of experience in C or C++ development • 2+ years contributing to architecture and design of scalable, reliable systems • Cloud experience - AWS preferred (Lambda, S3, Terraform, etc.), but strong Azure (Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, ARM Templates, Bicep, etc.) or GCP (Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Cloud Deployment Manager, etc.) profiles will also be considered. • Experience in Agile environments, CI/CD, and configuration management tools • Strong debugging, profiling, and analytical skills • Proven leadership abilities ensuring code quality and operational excellence • B2+ English proficiency Nice to Have: • Experience evolving monolithic architectures • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and UI frameworks • Experience with relational databases and microservices • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant technology implementations Open to relocation to Mexico City (for current residents of Mexico only)
