About the position

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehousing operations. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage stock control, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, supervise staff, and contribute to achieving customer service and operational goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehousing operations including stock control, cycle counts, and stocktakes. Ensure adherence to FIFO and other stock management principles. Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuing of stock in line with company procedures. Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions. Ensure database integrity and accurate reporting on SAP/ERP systems. Monitor compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements. Supervise and develop warehouse staff including drivers, forklift operators, and pickers/packers. Maintain effective customer service with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor expenditure and contribute to cost control initiatives. Requirements Diploma in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field (NQF 5). 5 years experience in Warehousing/Inventory/Logistics within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 2 years supervisory experience. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP/ERP systems. Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
