Account Payables-Accountant

MADI International is a leading company in the beauty and personal care industry across the Middle East. We're currently looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team remotely from Lebanon . Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Review and verify invoices and payment requests. Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents. Process and post invoices accurately in the accounting system. Prepare and execute payment runs (cheques, wire transfers, etc.). Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements. Handle queries from suppliers regarding payments or outstanding balances. Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational and communication skills
