About the position

Travel Consultant — Danish Speaker (Lithuania-Based - Remote) We are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international customer support team delivering high-quality service to travellers worldwide. This is a remote position , available as full-time or part-time (minimum 50% / 20 hours per week). Please note that part-time hires must be available full-time during the training period . Responsibilities Support customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general inquiries Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic support in all interactions Handle time-sensitive and complex travel situations in a structured manner Ensure high service quality while following defined processes and guidelines Working Hours Monday–Friday: 09:00–20:00 Saturday–Sunday: 10:00–19:00 Operation runs 365 days per year Bank holidays are paid double Compensation €2,300 gross per month Up to €250 monthly performance bonus Requirements Danish C1/C2 or native English B2 (written and verbal) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset Candidates applying from abroad must clearly confirm: I will relocate on my own or I do not require relocation support" Additional Information Full training and continuous support provided Part-time candidates must complete training on a full-time basis
