Dutch Speaking Customer Support – Home Technology & Smart Appliances Location: Greece – Athens On-site or Remotely within the country (Relocation Mandatory) Professional Technical Support for Smart Home Innovations We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Specialist to join our Home Technology division. In this role, you will support customers across the Benelux region as they integrate advanced smart appliances into their daily lives. This position is based in Greece, offering a high standard of living, exceptional Mediterranean cuisine, and a climate that allows for year-round outdoor activity. Responsibilities Technical Guidance: Assist Dutch-speaking users with the setup, connectivity, and optimization of smart home ecosystems. Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware and software issues related to premium home appliances and IoT devices. Customer Success: Maintain high service levels by providing clear, professional, and efficient solutions via multiple communication channels. Requirements Native or C2-level Dutch and professional English. Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. Strong technical aptitude and an interest in modern home technology. A professional and patient approach to customer service. Relocation & Benefits Standard Relocation: Paid flight to Greece and 4 weeks of hotel accommodation included.
