Contribute to the development of the Health and Social Care curriculum and resources. Liaise with external healthcare and social care providers to enhance learning opportunities. Degree in Health and Social Care or a closely related field (e.g., Nursing, Social Work). Proven ability to teach engaging Health and Social Care lessons at Key Stages 4 and 5 (BTEC qualifications). Strong knowledge of the Health and Social Care sector and relevant legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of or willingness to engage with vocational placements and external partnerships.
