The Role You will teach English Literature and Language across KS3 and KS4. As an ECT, you will benefit from a 20% reduced timetable in your first year. Start Date: ASAP (Full-time, Permanent) Key responsibilities include: Delivering scholarly English lessons that prioritise deep text analysis. Engaging in weekly 1:1 mentor coaching sessions focused on instructional excellence. Contributing to the school’s vibrant literacy programme and debating societies.
