MEPFS Engineer - Taytay Rizal Project

About the position

POSITION SUMMARY TO SUPERVISE MEPFS ACTIVITIES IN LAND DEVELOPMENT WORKS DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS Inspect daily execution of MEPFS if correctly done based on plan and specs. Reviews MEPFS plans and specs giving emphasis on pipe clashing and conflicts with other structures Conducts testing of MEPFS and documents results Prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system Analyze mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions. Ability to interpret work from blueprints, sketches, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operation interpretations. Prepare and deliver effective presentations whenever required. Perform other tasks that may be assigned. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED Hardworking and Willing to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work under pressure. With strong leadership skills, assertive, resourceful and a team player. Computer literate (MS OFFICE). Demonstrates ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands. Write clear and concise reports and technical descriptions Must be willing to be assigned in Havila Project, Taytay, Rizal
