About the position

Requirements: Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding operations and machinery. Experience working in ISO 13485 environments or with medical device manufacturing. Lead and manage all production operations, including injection molding and assembly lines. Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets. Ensure adherence to quality standards, customer specifications, and safety regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, and other methodologies. Develop and mentor production supervisors, technicians, and operators. Collaborate with planning, engineering, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams. Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management
