About the position

A Legendary Operations Assistant Who Loves to Keep Things on Track TL;DR (because attention spans are real): We’re hiring a full-time remote Admin & Operations Assistant to help manage a wide range of backend and administrative tasks that keep our ecommerce business running smoothly. This role it’s about precision, diligence, and execution . You’ll work closely with our operations and finance teams to support internal trackers, manage reimbursements, check calculations, and assist with backend coordination. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in supporting smooth day-to-day operations and protecting the integrity of our systems. Proficiency in English as a first language is essential for this role. Time zone: Full-time within Asia Salary: USD650 - USD1000 Trial Period: All candidates will complete a paid trial assignment - more details below. 👀 WHO WE ACTUALLY NEED (and who we don’t) This isn’t for freelancers moonlighting or wanting a side hustle. It’s not for someone who feels uncomfortable taking initiative, and who may need a lot of handholding. This is however for someone who: Has at least 2 years of experience in any administrative or operations roles. Is tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable with online work. Has proficiency in data entry and database management. Have some experience with common eCommerce tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Asana, Shopify, Klaviyo, Zipify, etc. (Advantageous but not required) Is effective at verbal and written communication and following up is second nature to you. Is a self-starter, when given resources & training, can get things done without hand-holding. Has a natural sense of urgency. When things arise, you’re the first to tackle them. Is naturally detail-oriented and organized. Someone who has their desk and bedroom clean and neat. Thrives in a support role and always has a positive attitude. Is a learner at heart and is always working on self-development. 🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Review team reimbursement submissions, and track internal payments across platforms. Assist with administrative tasks related to inventory, platform uploads, internal reporting, and vendor coordination. Double-check numbers and simple calculations provided by teammates (you don’t need to be an accountant, just comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets). Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and trackers - making sure all data is current, consistent, and error-free.
