Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates and baggage claim areas - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other related information - Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings at all times - Assist passengers with special needs and provide necessary support and assistance - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist in the boarding and deboarding of passengers - Conduct security checks and screening procedures as per company guidelines - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements: - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances - Prior experience in the aviation industry is an asset, but not mandatory We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for career growth within the company.
