About the position

Location: Remote (based in Greece) Start Date: 10 Mar 2026 We are looking for an Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join a B2C Technical Support project . You will assist end users via phone, email, and chat, delivering professional technical support and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a fully remote position, available to candidates based in Greece.
