Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations. Order Taking and Processing: Using POS systems to record and transmit orders to the kitchen and bar accurately. Food and Beverage Service: Serving food and drinks to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Table Maintenance: Setting up tables, clearing finished plates and glasses, and maintaining a tidy dining area. Cash Handling: Processing payments and handling cash transactions. Menu Knowledge: Having a thorough understanding of the menu and being able to answer customer questions. Sanitation and Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations. Teamwork: Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
