Your Role as a SENCO: ✔ Lead and manage the school’s SEN provision, ensuring high-quality support for students with special educational needs. ✔ Work closely with the leadership team, teachers, and support staff to ensure inclusive teaching and learning. ✔ Monitor and assess the progress of students with SEN, adjusting teaching methods and interventions as necessary. ✔ Provide guidance and support to staff in managing students with a variety of special educational needs. ✔ Develop and implement effective strategies and interventions to support students' learning and well-being. Who We’re Looking For: ✔ Qualified Teacher with SENCO qualification (or working towards). ✔ Previous experience working as a SENCO or within a special educational needs department is essential. ✔ Passion for supporting students with SEN and helping them to thrive in an inclusive environment. ✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. ✔ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents. ✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one). ✔ If you’re an experienced SENCO looking for a rewarding leadership role in an inclusive school, apply today for a September start!About the company
