Geography ECT required to work on a full-time position from January 2026 Good mixed school based in Peterborough Geography ECT to join a highly successful and well-supported department Our Client is looking for a Geography ECT to work within a welcoming and high-achieving mixed secondary school in Peterborough. The successful Geography ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and receive structured induction support throughout their first year. School Information This 11–18 comprehensive has approximately 1,300 pupils and consistently achieves excellent academic results, with 94% of students achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The Geography department promotes curiosity, environmental awareness, and real-world application through field trips and project-based learning. ECTs are provided with a reduced timetable, regular mentoring sessions, and personalised professional development opportunities.
