About the job: Property Manager (Makati) | Onsite Target Start Date: 1st week of February 2026 Shift : Rotating Shift with 2 days off Work Setup : 100% Onsite (Makati) Responsibilities: Management and supervisory professionals focusing on tactical, operational activities within a specified area. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing national leasing team with a strong focus on capability building, succession planning, and engagement. Recognizing & rewarding high performance. Establish KPIs and performance frameworks to ensure accountability, efficiency, and excellence in execution. Support the network plan, understand and support the business objectives, have a good understanding of the market conditions, competitor activity, and government regulations. Requirements: Completed university or college degree, preferably in Commerce, business, or Property Major Has at least 15+ years of experience in the role in property/leasing Strong background in retail industry for at least 10+ years Amenable to travel within the Greater Manila Area Experience in: Business Development Overseeing construction and design of upcoming stores Thorough lease negotiation experience Benefits: 5 SL credits, 10 VL credits HMO (Available on Day 1) Group Life Insurance
