Your Role as an SEN Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for students with SEN. Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to meet each student’s needs. Use multi-sensory teaching methods to enhance learning. Develop individual education plans (IEPs) and assess progress regularly. Who We’re Looking For: A qualified SEN Teacher with QTS or QTLS. Experience working with students with SEND, particularly ASD, ADHD, and communication needs. Strong behaviour management skills and a compassionate approach.
