Job Description for TA Banking Assigned to a client project for recruitment funneling within banking domain Identify fulfillment channels (e.g., agencies, career website, job boards, LinkedIn, employee referral) Monitor and track candidate status across hiring process Analyses the recruitment metrics and SLA to identify root causes, interventions and monitor execution/closure of related actions Analyses sourcing strategy including the data on sourcing channel effectiveness (i.e. agencies, career website C job boards, LinkedIn, employee referral) Analyses agency performance pipeline and support weekly agency cadences C individual tracker maintenance Handling internal stakeholders and coordination of profiles Employment Pass process and understanding Handling of Manual tracker of profiles shared to both vendors and internal stake holders.
