What will be your responsibilities: Provide operational support for the ATLAS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible Optimize containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance the reliability, scalability and security of ATLAS infrastructure Work closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot integration and deployment issues. Manage and maintain cloud-based environments, ensuring cost-effective scaling Implement logging, monitoring and alerting solutions (ex. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) for system health analysis Enhance system security, implementing best practices for access control, encryption and compliance Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis to improve system resilience Continuously evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and methodologies to improve efficiency Profile and Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a highly technical support, operations, or junior DevOps role. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting CI/CD tools (ex. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines) Experience with container management (Docker) and working knowledge of Kubernetes concepts. Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and cloud-native services Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation Strong knowledge of Linux system administration and shell scripting is essential for effective troubleshooting. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki) Familiarity with networking, security best practices and access management Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.
