About the position

German Customer Service Representative and content moderator Location: Athens Start Date: ASAP Project: German speaking Customer Service Representative & Trust and Safety Agent (content moderator) for international messaging app Working type: Full time position Contract duration: 12 months Job Description: Frontline agents manage chats, emails, and calls to assist customers with account settings, content issues, refund requests, and troubleshooting technical problems. They also review flagged content to ensure compliance with company usage standards, including handling phishing, spam, and malware concerns. The role is divided into two main areas: Customer Support: Includes Business Onboarding and Business Integrity workflows, where agents respond using predefined (canned) answers to common technical inquiries.
