Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position at an inspiring primary school in Hounslow Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across different year groups Lead small group interventions and whole-class lessons when required Assist in planning and adapting learning activities to support pupils of all abilities Provide targeted support to students with additional learning needs, including SEND Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and support staff to enhance student progress Experience & Qualifications: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience Previous experience working in a primary school setting Strong understanding of classroom management and differentiation strategies A proactive and supportive approach to working with pupils of varying abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
