About the position
Job brief We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Agent L1 (English & Mandarin Speaker) for urgent needs (ASAP). Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat quickly and accurately Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and empathetically Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Assist customers with the ordering process, order tracking, and cancellations Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy Record customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary Requirements Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese, both spoken and written Proof of language proficiency in the form of certificates, test results, or relevant professional experience Experience as a Customer Service representative or project-based Customer Service representative is a plus Education in Taiwan or China is a plus Willing to work shifts Able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset Willing to be processed and join the team in the near futurePlace of work
