Permanent Position: HR Manager Work Location: Abu Dhabi Immediately Joining Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction, transport, manufacturing, or auction industries, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within our company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company's goals and objectives - Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the selection of top-quality candidates - Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related issues - Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Manage payroll and benefits administration - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records - Identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns within the company - Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement workforce planning strategies - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the construction, transport, manufacturing, or auction industries - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations - Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems - Fluency in English, both written and verbal
