Your Role as SENCO: • Lead and manage the SEN department, ensuring that students with SEN receive high-quality support. • Work closely with teachers to implement effective strategies and interventions for students with diverse needs. • Oversee the development of IEPs and monitor student progress. • Provide training and support for staff in relation to SEN best practices. Who We’re Looking For: • A qualified teacher with QTS and SENCO qualification (or willingness to work towards it). • Strong experience in leading SEN provision and developing inclusive teaching strategies. • A passion for supporting students with special educational needs. • Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
