Job Description Provide guidance and support for team members in Key Account Management and developing new strategic relationships. Support and participate in sales engagements with key customers to strengthen relationships and position the company as a preferred partner. Provide technical and product support, guiding customers through technology evaluation, application discussions, and regulatory compliance. Lead complex commercial and technical negotiations to achieve win-win outcomes with customers. Support the design and execution of marketing initiatives, lead generation activities, and industry events. Oversee cost estimation, value engineering, and customer proposals to demonstrate cost efficiency, productivity, and compliance. Ensure compliance with company policies across all operations. Candidate Profile Having a bachelors degree in technical major is an advantage. Having at least 5 years working in a technical sales environment with people-leading experience. Specialized in Food & Beverage/ Chemical / Pharma / Automation industries is an advantage.
