Sale Engineer (Chemical/Plastic)

About the position

Position: Sales Engineer Location: Ho Chi Minh City/ Ha Noi 1. JOB DESCRIPTION Identify, approach, and develop new customers in the manufacturing sector. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to generate repeat and new orders. Provide technical consultation on plastic products, chemicals, and raw materials in accordance with customers technical and production requirements. Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery. Monitor order execution and support the resolution of any issues arising during the order fulfillment process. Collect and update information on market trends, customers, and competitors, and report to direct management. 2. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer/Raw Materials Engineering , or related disciplines from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (Polytechnic), University of Industry , or equivalent institutions. 2–5 years of experience in selling plastic products, chemicals, or raw materials to manufacturing factories, preferably in: Automotive and motorcycle components Plastic packaging Computer and mobile phone casings Electrical and electronic equipment Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are welcome and will receive structured training. Language Skills : Proficient in English (IELTS 6.5 or above) or Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above) Strong communication skills with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset. Clear career orientation toward technical sales / materials business development . Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 3 . BENEFITS: Working hours: Flexible for sales positions.
