About the position

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Pharmacy or any healthcare related course. Preferably with experience in operation tasks or pharmacy/healthcare setting Knowledge in Sales and Procurement Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with computer-based tasks Strong organizational and multitasking skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in preparing purchase requests and purchase orders for pharmacy supplies Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and availability of items Receive and check delivered items for accuracy and completeness Maintain procurement and inventory records Support inventory counts and audits
