Job Advertisement: Senior Software Developer - HMI Prototyping Join our team as a Senior Software Developer, where your diverse programming skills and eagerness to tackle new languages and tools will drive rapid prototyping of HMI concepts. If you're more of a Jack of all trades, comfortable with JavaScript (React/Node.js), Python, C#, C++, and even Embedded-C in gaming engines like Unity and Unreal, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Rapid prototyping of HMI concepts using various software languages and tools. Understanding of Embedded-C programming in resource-constrained environments. Integration of hardware and technical expertise to support HMI and UX design. Collaboration with designers to implement User Interface concepts through software development. Qualifications: Strong programming background with expertise in Python (minimum 3 years) and C#/C++/Embedded-C (minimum 3 years). Minimum 5 years combined software/firmware development experience. Nice-to-haves include Android & iOS app development, Unity/Unreal Engine experience, AI frameworks, and knowledge of open-source embedded hardware. Personal Attributes: Strong drive and communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively. Independent yet collaborative team player with creativity and innovation. Structured, methodical, and analytical approach with excellent planning skills. Flexibility to work under constrained schedules and evolving circumstances. Additional Information: Location: Gothenburg. Travel: Occasional trips to China may be required (1-2 trips per year).
