Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Technical Preparation: Setting up complex apparatus for Physics (mechanics, electricity) or Chemistry (titrations, reagents) for GCSE and A-Level. Safety & Compliance: Maintaining chemical and equipment inventories in strict accordance with CLEAPSS and COSHH guidelines. Lab Management: Performing regular equipment safety checks and managing the hazardous waste disposal process. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Prior experience in a school laboratory or a scientific background in Physics/Chemistry. Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
