Your Tasks 📞 Support by phone – Answer incoming calls and reach out proactively to guide healthcare professionals. 🎓 Train users – Teach professionals how to use the platform effectively over the phone. 📧 Handle emails – Quickly respond to requests and solve issues. 💡 Answer questions – Help clients understand the product and make the most of it. 🤝 Work with other teams – Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure users are happy.
