About the position
We're seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our telecom projects and collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and leading implementation teams. In this pivotal role, you'll design innovative telecom solutions and products, translating business requests into detailed technical designs while overseeing the full development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Model and design telecom system components/modules using software engineering best practices (e.g., process models, object models, data models, functional decomposition, sequence diagrams) and create precise development specifications. Manage the development process, ensuring alignment between initial requirements, technical designs, and final telecom solutions. Ensure high-quality specifications, supporting documents, and overall documentation are delivered with the product/solution. Contribute to testing plans and strategies for telecom systems, verify testing approaches, and oversee internal functional testing execution. Drive achievement of performance, compatibility, and technical quality targets in telco environments. Handle version control, change requests, open issues, and risk management. Monitor development team efficiency, plan workloads, report progress, and organize design reviews to validate compliance with requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong project management skills to balance time, scope, costs, and quality effectively in fast-paced telecom projects. Excellent communication abilities (written, verbal, presentation) for working with technical and business stakeholders. Passion for continuous improvement in software engineering, with ideas for new design methods and tools to elevate telecom solution processes to industry-leading standards.Place of work
