Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, payroll, and reporting. Prepare monthly accounts, reconciliations, and financial analysis for SLT and Governors. Manage procurement, invoicing, and supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and ESFA guidelines. Line-manage finance staff and coordinate training where required. Support strategic financial planning and resource allocation. Requirements Experience in school finance or public-sector finance (highly desirable). Strong understanding of financial procedures and compliance.
