Staff enjoy strong leadership support and opportunities for further training in facilities management. Key Responsibilities Oversee all site operations, maintenance, and health & safety compliance. Manage a small premises team including caretakers and external contractors. Conduct regular inspections, planned maintenance and emergency repairs. Ensure the security of the school site, including opening/locking procedures. Manage budgets for maintenance, equipment and site improvements. Support school events requiring facilities setup and coordination. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager or senior caretaker. Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and premises management. Practical maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, general repair etc.).
