About the position
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Schedule: MondayFriday, 08:00-21:00 (8h shifts) Start date: 16 October 2025 Type: On-site, full-time About the Role You will be part of the customer care team supporting Fitbit products. The role involves assisting customers with orders, deliveries, and product settings, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
