About the position
A creative and forward-thinking secondary school in Market Harborough is seeking an enthusiastic Drama Teacher (ECT) to join its Performing Arts department from January 2026 . The Role You will teach Drama across KS3 and KS4 , helping students develop confidence, creativity and performance skills. Drama is a popular subject within the school, supported by a strong extracurricular programme including productions, workshops and performance evenings. ECTs are encouraged to observe performances, co-direct productions and gradually take on leadership within the department as confidence grows.
