German speaking Customer Service Representative for Porto office

About the position

Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Porto, Portugal Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract) Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support to customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels Handle with all questions and inquiries about products and services Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to customers Closely work with other together with other departments, for example Sales and Marketing REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level).
