Senior Manager Record to Report Location: Taguig (Onsite) | Schedule: Mon-Fri (Morning) Salary: Competitive Package and Benefits Job Summary: The Senior Manager will be responsible for supporting the transition and daily operations of the RTR team. This role ensures that all financial tasks are performed effectively, efficiently, and in a timely manner to support the AU/NZ business units. Key Responsibilities: Support the preparation of Group external reporting schedules and statutory tax returns. Perform detailed balance sheet reviews and variance analysis to ensure reporting accuracy. Drive team engagement and instill a culture of continuous improvement and Lean methodologies. Act as a point of contact for complex accounting guidance and internal/external audit support. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role . Strong background in AU/NZ financial accounting and statutory requirements. Advanced proficiency in SAP and data analytics tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
