Customer Support Specialist (French Speaking) Porto Onsite

About the position

Role Overview We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international customer service team supporting end-users of a leading telecommunications service provider. In this role, you will assist customers across multiple channels, providing guidance on subscriptions, billing inquiries, and basic technical troubleshooting while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer interactions via phone and/or digital channels Answer questions related to subscriptions, billing, and service usage Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting Offer clear, accurate, and customer-focused solutions Ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines Candidate Profile Native or near-native French (C2 level required) No previous customer support experience required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-site Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: €930 gross/month (paid over 14 salaries) Performance Bonus: €100/month for the first 3 months, then performance-based Meal Allowance: €9 per working day Health Insurance: Private medical insurance after 4 months Transportation Reimbursement: Up to €40/month Location On-site – Porto, Portugal Work Schedule Monday to Saturday Rotating shifts between 07:00 – 19:00 If youre ready to take the next step in your customer support career and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, wed love to hear from you.
