About the position
Job brief The ideal candidate will assist the Marketing department in executing their daily tasks and functions. Responsibilities Ordering and distribution of collateral for the branches. Processing invoices. Preparing a monthly log of sponsorship requests. Preparing cheques for approved donations. Preparing monthly foundation reports. Arranging branding and booth setup for sponsored events. Fulfilling branch requests resources to support sales events this includes social media flyers. Supporting the execution of the Walk For The Cure event and related fundraising activities. Assisting with the execution of promotional activities and client events. Requirements Minimum 5 CXC's including: Math, English and POB Certificate in Marketing would be an asset Prior experience in a similar or related field Able to engage others in a conversation Good communication skillsPlace of work
