This full-time opportunity is ideal for a motivated legal professional fluent in Spanish and English who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role centers around managing high-volume personal injury cases, providing top-tier client communication, and maintaining detailed legal documentation. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, offering updates and support throughout their case lifecycle Collect, organize, and analyze medical and damage-related documentation Prepare settlement demands, calculations, and agreements for attorney review Manage all administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and file organization Ensure consistent progress across 70+ active cases Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in personal injury law as a paralegal Fluent in both Spanish and English , written and spoken Comfortable managing high caseloads (70+ cases) Strong understanding of the North Carolina personal injury claims process (South Carolina experience may be considered) Experience drafting detailed settlement demands and communicating directly with attorneys and clients Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Benefits: 401(k) with employer match Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans Paid time off and life insurance Profit-sharing opportunities Travel reimbursement and free parkingPlace of work
