I’m working with a brilliant specialist SEMH school in London, and they’re seeking a patient, grounded Behaviour Mentor / Behaviour Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. The students are bright, charismatic, and full of promise, but many have experienced instability, trauma, or have additional needs such as ADHD or Autism. What makes the biggest impact for them is calmness, humour, and authentic support. This is a setting where staff don’t give up. They listen, they adapt, and they celebrate every step forward — especially the small ones that others might miss.
