Compensation & Contract Job Title: ECT of English Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Start Date: ASAP (Immediate Start) Salary: Paid on the Inner London Teachers' Pay Scales (ECT/MPS), with full statutory induction entitlements. The Role The successful ECT of English will assume responsibility for teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4 (GCSE), preparing pupils for strong outcomes. You will immediately join a supportive and collaborative department, benefiting from daily shared planning and team teaching opportunities to accelerate your development as an ECT of English. The ECT of English will be central to the school's commitment to improving literacy across all year groups, working with dedicated literacy leads.
