Inside Sales Manager

About the position

About the Role: The Inside Sales Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving the success of the contact center sales team. With experience in managing P&L for small to mid-sized businesses, this role focuses on selling premium CPAP products through digital and phone channels. The ideal candidate excels in remote sales, relationship-building, and optimizing sales processes to achieve growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plans, growth strategies, and KPIs for the contact center team. Lead and mentor a fast-growing sales team, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction. Drive sales through effective lead generation, conversion strategies, and margin optimization. Leverage CRM and sales tools to nurture leads and close sales while driving repeat purchases. Ensure consistent customer experience across all touchpoints, maintaining high standards of product knowledge and issue resolution. Identify opportunities for reducing friction in the customer journey and enhance sales engagement. Develop and deliver training programs to quickly elevate new associates and ensure team alignment with sales goals. Build strong cross-functional relationships with eCommerce, brand, and product teams to meet sales objectives. Qualifications: 2+ years of sales management experience, with P&L responsibility in a remote, multi-channel environment. 1+ years of experience in selling durable, premium products (CPAP experience is a plus). Strong leadership, team-building, and coaching skills. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Gorgias, Dialpad, Shopify) and communication tools (chat, SMS). Proven ability to create and execute growth strategies while managing performance metrics. Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills, both oral and written. Creative problem solver with the ability to implement new processes and strategies. Ability to motivate teams, drive results, and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment. Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and a focus on results. Work Environment: Remote/office work environment with occasional travel to warehouses and conferences. Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales through strategic thinking, excellent customer interactions, and a strong, motivated team.
