About the Role An Independent secondary school in Islington seeks a qualified Chemistry & Biology Teacher for a temporary position starting in April. The role involves teaching both Chemistry and Biology at KS3 and KS4. We are looking for a skilled Chemistry & Biology Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities Deliver engaging Chemistry and Biology lessons at KS3 and KS4. Prepare students for examinations and assessments. Develop students' scientific understanding and practical skills. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to the delivery of the Chemistry and Biology curriculum. We require a Chemistry & Biology Teacher who can perform these tasks. Organise and lead science-related extracurricular activities. Qualifications and Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Chemistry or Biology. Proven experience in teaching Chemistry and Biology at secondary level.
