The Role : We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–7 years of experience to join the New York team. You will work on complex commercial litigation matters, complemented by the firm’s exceptionally strong bankruptcy/restructuring and real estate transactional practices. You will represent both plaintiffs and defendants in a culture that values aggressive and innovative approaches. Requirements Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the New York Bar. Experience: 2 to 7 years of litigation experience is required. Background: Must have prior experience at an Am Law 200 firm . Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with a minimum 3.0 GPA . Practice Areas: Experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in financial services, technology, or real estate is highly preferred. Why Join?
