The Role As an IT Technician , you will: Provide technical support to staff and students across the school. Maintain, install, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems. Support the management of user accounts, printers, and classroom technology. Ensure all ICT equipment is in good working order and maintained efficiently. Assist with upgrades, data backups, and IT asset management. Requirements Has previous experience in an IT support or technician role, ideally in an educational setting. Possesses strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and common software. Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Is organised, efficient, and able to prioritise workloads effectively. Has a proactive approach and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
