A vibrant Mixed School in Ealing seeks a passionate and talented Music Teacher for a part-time, permanent position. We are looking for an educator who can inspire a love of music in students of all abilities and contribute to our rich musical life. The Music department is well-equipped with practice rooms, recording facilities, and a range of instruments. About the Role: Deliver engaging and varied Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering music theory, history, composition, and performance. Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that cater to diverse musical interests and abilities. Assess student progress through practical performances, compositions, and written work, providing constructive feedback. Direct and conduct school ensembles, choirs, and instrumental groups. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Music. A strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance practices across different genres. Proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
