Are you an ambitious Year 4 Teacher seeking a full-time post from January 2026? A Hounslow primary is looking for a Year 4 Teacher to join their KS2 phase. The successful Year 4 Teacher will plan before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026 and commence teaching from January 2026. *** Year 4 Teacher Hounslow *** Year 4 Teacher January 2026 *** Year 4 Teacher Permanent Role Role summary — Year 4 Teacher The Year 4 Teacher will deliver well-sequenced maths and English lessons as the Year 4 Teacher, support pupils’ growing independence as the Year 4 Teacher, and contribute to curriculum development as the Year 4 Teacher. The Year 4 Teacher will prepare moderation materials in advance of January 2026 and will be in class from January 2026. Year 4 Teacher Requirements • QTS with evidence of KS2 impact as the Year 4 Teacher. • Strong planning and differentiation skills as the Year 4 Teacher. • Available for pre-term planning prior to January 2026, induction in January 2026 and teaching from January 2026. Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities • Plan and deliver high-quality Year 4 lessons as the Year 4 Teacher. • Use assessment to inform next steps as the Year 4 Teacher. • Engage parents and participate in school events as the Year 4 Teacher. Development and culture The Year 4 Teacher will join a forward-looking staff team and will be supported through a comprehensive induction and ongoing coaching. The Year 4 Teacher can expect regular feedback, opportunities for peer observation and a clear progression route into leadership. The Year 4 Teacher will also be involved in community outreach, parent workshops, and seasonal school events following the January 2026 start to build strong home-school partnerships.
