Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Location: Matina IT Park, Davao City Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM About the Role Global Staff Network is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the hiring needs of our clients. You will play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline, conducting pre-screening interviews, and ensuring a smooth handover to the recruitment team for final interviews. Key Responsibilities Source qualified candidates through various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, indeed, Seek and ATS. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates. Conduct pre-screening interviews via phone to assess candidate suitability for open roles. Schedule candidates for virtual interviews Maintain accurate candidate records and updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and nurture a strong talent pool for recurring or future roles. Assist with administrative tasks in the office Stay updated on industry trends, sourcing best practices, and recruitment market insights. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment , preferably in an agency or BPO setting. Experience conducting phone screenings and coordinating interview schedules. Strong experience using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and other job portals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Willing to assist with administrative duties and support team operations as needed.
